TrueDecks recently replaced my old deck with a new one. The entire experience with them was very positive. The owner Jose is very knowledgeable and met with me to get my requirements and explain their process. The crew led by Carlos was very careful, thorough and accommodating during construction. They cleaned up and removed all the debris quickly. Client Representative Chelsea kept me informed throughout the process. Project manager Pavel did the final walk-through with me. TrueDecks managed the entire permit process from submittal to final inspection which was greatly appreciated.

I evaluated three companies for this job. TrueDecks was neither the lowest nor highest quote. I chose them because of their positive reviews, the thoroughness of their proposal and their A+ BBB rating.
