  Not sure if this is how the construction business running, they ordered at least 60% extra building materials, such as sands, dirt and cut stones. I am fine if this is how the business works, but they did not remove the extra sands and dirt after deck job completed. Instead, they just spread it out on my yard, which changes the original desired gradient of my yard totally. I have to spend extra couple thousand bucks to redo landscaping.

  Had a 16x24 deck installed by TrueDecks this summer. First conversations in June and the deck was done in a week in mid-August by a very professional crew. They ran into an issue mid-installation due to some last minute changes to the design of the stairs, but they took full responsibility for the error and the resulting cost overruns. The main supervisor Pavel was very responsive and detail oriented to get the job done right. I spoke to the owner to provide feedback, and you can tell they are trying to do the right thing for their customers. Definitely a contractor I would trust again for additional work.
