Current Openings:
Deck Installers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Minimum of 50 composite decks and/or porches built with permits.
Sales Reps
Requirements:
- Previous knowledge and experience in the deck building/restoration industry.
- High level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit is crucial.
- Minimum of three (3) years in an outside sales environment in the services industry preferred. Retail experience not enough.
- Unexpired Driver’s License with clean record.
Customer Service Reps
Requirements:
- 2-4 yrs of experience in customer service in the service industry.
- Proficient in Windows 10, MS word, Excel, Outlook, and Chrome browser
- Strong communication and written and grammar skills
- Answer multiple phone calls in a multi-line phone system with deadlines.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Energetic with a can-do attitude (a must).
- Willing to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment. (Please note this job is not for the fainthearted).
